Modular Block Retaining Walls : Before & After

The images below are an example of our work.  The customer contacted us because they had a really bad drainage problem; rainwater runoff from the top of the hill was eroding the backyard and the eroded soil was being deposited in the neighbor's yard.

You can see where trenches had been used in an attempt to stop the soil from depositing in the neighbor's yard.  With Georgia clay, this solution seldom works.  However, with a modular block retaining wall, water runoff can be controlled, and the safety and integrity of the home's foundation preserved.

The dilapidated, dangerous, crumbling crosstie wall was a safety hazard to the residents of Ansley Apartments.  As you can see from the two pictures at the bottom of the page, we replaced this crosstie wall with a much more appealing block retaining wall.  The residents will no longer have to worry about their safety or the safety of their children.
